Where is love, balloons xoxo based and where do you deliver? 

Our business is based in Rye, New York, 35 miles outside of NYC. We deliver and install all garlands, bouquets and numbers to Westchester, Connecticut, NYC and Long Island within 2 hours. However, for special events and larger installations, we love to travel and can go anywhere!

What color balloons do you have?

We make balloon creations in almost any color. Take a look at this chart to see what we keep in stock, or give us a few extra days and we can special order almost anything.

How far in advance do I need to order?

If you place your order for bouquets or garlands before 4pm, we can usually deliver locally the next day. If you are looking for something special for an event, we prefer 3-5 days notice (but if you have less time, give us a try!)

How long do the balloons last?

The average life of a balloon installation is 2-3 days, depending on the weather and location. If it is very hot and above 85 degrees, they will last about a day. In weather in the 70s and below, balloons will last about 2-3 days. Indoors, they can last up to a week.
